去除任何可存活的微生物使产品无菌并可以在确定的时间内保持这种状态的作业程序 。该操作可以去除或杀死由受污染的惰性介质引入的微生物 。一般用高压锅在高温条件下进行灭菌作业 。
Sterilization
Process which makes a product sterile free from any viable micro-organism and which allow preserving this state for a determined time. Operation allowing eliminating or killing micro-organisms carried by contaminated inert mediums. The sterilization is generally carried out in autoclave at high temperature.
